I’m Kate Langinauer, a certified personal trainer, health coach, and founder of Fortified Wellness. With a Master’s in Psychology and over a decade of experience in the fitness & wellness industry and years in ministry, I’ve seen how true transformation goes far beyond the physical.

Q: Do I have to follow a strict diet?
